ACS Website Traffic Overview
ACS delivered a strong quarter overall, with total users up 12.6% year over year to 131,167 and new users growing 17.6%. Growth was broad-based across nearly every program, with especially strong performance from ERP and FRP (both Unit A programs benefiting from earlier content improvements) and a cluster of Unit B programs, AFTB, EFMP, FAP, Relocation Readiness, and SOS, that relaunched mid-quarter on June 11 and are still in an early post-launch adoption phase.

Total users reached 1,328,482 (21.5% increase YoY), new users rose to 1,042,506 (27.2% increase YoY). Sessions increased 4.3% to 1,782,661, and views rose 7.8% to 2,690,567 year over year. Views trended notably higher in late May, consistent with a seasonal spike likely tied to summer program promotion (recreational lodging, leisure travel).
CYS Website Traffic Overview
CYS saw strong growth this quarter, led by new users. Total users reached 317,183 (up 19.9% YoY), driven by a 29.0% jump in new users to 207,630. Sessions rose 6.6% to 424,818, and views grew 9.6% to 621,351. Engagement softened slightly, with engagement rate at 58% (down 6.2%) and average session duration at 02:37 (down 19.8%).
SS Website Traffic Overview
Support Services was mixed this quarter across its three programs. NAF Personnel Services declined (9,098 users, down 16.7% YoY), while CEAT (5,397 users, up 22.4%) and Home Based Business (7,729 users, up 7.5%) both grew. Combined: 22,224 total users, 12,613 new users, 25,932 sessions. Engagement rate varied too widely by program (49%–69%) to blend into one number.
