The Libraries content update is working. Army MWR Libraries pages drew 182,388 users in FY26, a 6.9% increase over FY25, and traffic kept growing after the March 2026 update. Fixing two broken links and updating 13 installation menus will help every visitor reach their library in one click.
Libraries Content Update
In March 2026, every installation received one standard Libraries page with the same subpages: Events and Programs, Library Services and Resources, Borrowing, Renewals, and Policies, and Contact. Visitors now find hours, locations, programs, and online resources in the same place at every installation.
From March 1 to September 30, 2026, Libraries users rose 2.2% and new users rose 1.4% compared with the same period last year, and average session time rose 5.8% to 2 minutes and 27 seconds. Events and Programs drew 27,327 users (+16.3%), and the new subpages are already drawing traffic of their own.
