Can we change the name ?  NO - Changing names to program pages is NOT ALLOWED - you can add sub pages for specifics e.g.) Specific Gyms, or details.   
Can we rename pages to something different?  No, renaming pages is not allowed. Please retain all page names provided.   

My garrison doesn't need a particular  page or content on a page. What do I do? 

ex) We don't have Bus Tours under LTS OR
We don't offer hourly care at our garrison.

If you do not have a certain program or content within a program DO NOT DELETE!!! DO NOT DELETE CONTENT FROM A PAGE OR ANY PAGE FROM THE LIST!
Doing so can have 2nd/3rd order effects.
Submit request to the helpdesk with any supporting information, screen shots, policy memo etc and each case will be reviewed.

Contact Info CTA - 404 page not found error All pages with CTAs that lead to a current live web page - will return a 404 error - this is by design. Once pages are turned "live" the error will resolve.  Complete

Make sure the new program pages are displaying properly check that the "Design type" is correctly set to V3 - 
Make sure that the page is linked to the express Program. You can do this by going to page attributes > Program. (when you click on program it will take you to the Express Program list.

We dont have CYS or other programs If your garrison does not provide a specific program please submit the request first to the Helpdesk we will consider all options, maybe providing the closest garrison info - or where users can find available similar  resources. If a page needs to be removed we will do that from a back end technical approach. DO NOT DELTE ANY PROGRAM

Where can I find the new programs?  In your garrison site map - fold open "Programs" go all the way to the bottom of the list - there will be several programs with + next to the title - Visit page  
Will I still have access to OLD program pages ? YES! Once new program pages are turned live - old program pages will be moved into an ARCHIVE folder in your sitemap

If you don't have enough CTA blocks on the page, submit a helpdesk with the block type (CTA for gyms) and the link to the page you need them added to and Ryan will add those.

Optimizing  photos in photoshop or other creative network solution. - Max size 500k.
With optimization most these photos should be easily 2-300k without losing much discernible quality.

Can I change color pallets or special design elements ? No. Each page has been vetted and built to Program specifics, by designers, web team and dev ops teams to ensure functionality and 508 compliance  
Helpdesk ticket submission process 

Submitting a ticket Rules of Engagement:

  • Ticket it MUST include the URL to the page you are requesting edits for
  • Include any supporting screen shots to make it clear the area you are seeking assistance for
  • Please properly identify the impact level (see below for Tier break out)
  • Do NOT submit a multi page word doc
  • One topic per ticket

Tier 1 - Broken / high impact / operational in nature / emergency
Tier 2 - Content edits to standard enterprise copy 
Tier 3 - It would be nice to have / no immediate impact / enhancements

Keep official names and their specific nomenclature (e.g., Block versions) intact to ensure compliance with Army Trademark Licensing standards.
