Starting 6 May 2019 Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) financial management professionals will have the opportunity to volunteer, in accordance with their Component guidance for entry into the NAF Pilot for the DoD Financial Management Certification Program (DFMCP). This opportunity is only open to members of the DoD NAF workforce currently assigned and working in a FM position, excluding foreign or local nationals.

The DoD Financial Management Certification Program establishes a framework to guide your DoD FM professional development. It provides a consistent, disciplined approach to ensure you have appropriate training in key areas such as audit readiness, fiscal law, and ethics. Additionally, the program emphasizes career broadening and leadership development as you progress through your career.
