The first GA 4 report is now available and it highlights the performance of the Fall into Fun promo during the last quarter! 

 

The promo received a total of 6,045 views. This number indicates the level of visibility and exposure the promo has received. There were 4,848 total users who made a visit to the promo. 

The new GA4 report also calculates a new metric called  engagement rate. An engaged session is a session that lasts longer than 10 seconds, has a conversion event, or has at least 2 pageviews. Engagement is a measure of how effectively the promo is resonating with the audience.

  • The engagement rate is 7%
  •  There were 110 outbound clicks.

Overall, the Fall into Fun promo has received a decent level of views, but the engagement is not as high as expected. 

This may be due to web managers sending users to the homepage or other facebook pages, or didn’t add a link. of their installation instead of the campaign.

Recommendations:

  1. Increase Outbound clicks: Increase the outbound clicks and registrations by adding a call-to-action button.

  2. Increase the number of visitors by having web managers link to the website on social media.

  3. Engage with audience: G9 HQ can increase engagement with audience by asking them to participate in a survey or a contest and providing a reward for the best submission.
