Make sure installations have the Military & Family Life Counseling pinned to their website home page.
Travel and Accommodation Services: Capitalize on the search interest in travel and accommodations by offering comprehensive travel information, deals on hotels, rentals, RV parks, campgrounds, cabins, and wedding venues.
Prioritize user-friendly reservation systems.
In May, an important update was made to the Army MWR website by adding a contact form specifically for the Family Child Care (FCC) program. This contact form aimed to facilitate communication and engagement with visitors interested in the FCC program. The data shows that the contact FCC page received a total of 57 visits. Out of those visits, there were 17 submissions made through the contact form.
The Contact form on the FCC page has a Conversion Rate of 29.82%.
Based on the search term analysis, it is advisable to add contact information or create a dedicated contact page within the NAF (Non-Appropriated Funds) area. This recommendation stems from the significant number of searches related to the term "email."
